Touch-screen technology isn’t just a smart way to collect data quickly and cost effectively, it can also serve as the cornerstone of the consumer experience. Last summer, the National Guard Rock Star Hero tour traveled to fairs, festivals and NASCAR races to educate consumers about its services and encourage youngsters to sign up.
